BACON GREEN BEAN STIR FRY
This simple dish is something thrown together last minute for dinner. It is savory and incredibly delicious. Like any stir fry, you can substitute anything in the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
1 Pound - Bacon
1 Whole - Kielbasa
3 Cup - Chopped Carrots
3 Cup - Green Beans (Chopped Optional)
1 Whole - Sliced Red Onion
1 Tsp - Salt
2 Tsp - Black Pepper
3 Tbsp - Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
1 Tsp - Onion Powder
1 Tsp - Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp - Sambal
INSTRUCTIONS
1. After chopping your ingredients to desired size, add the bacon, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to a non-stick pan and cook on medium high.
2. Once a few of the bacon edges start to crisp, add in the keilbasa and cook until the all the bacon pieces have some crisp edges.
3. Add in the red onions and cook until they begin to wilt.
4. Add the green beans, carrots, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sambal, then stir occasionally until the carrots and green beans are to desire consistency.
5. Serve with rice.
