HOISIN CHICKEN WINGS
6 - Full Chicken Wings ¼ cup - Fish Sauce 4 Tbsp - Hoisin ½ tsp - Garlic Powder 1 ½ Tbsp - Soy Sauce 2 tsp - Sesame Oil ½ tsp - Black Pepper Pinch of Salt
1. Clean and dry excess water on chicken wings.
2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with fish sauce for 15 minutes. If you don’t have fish sauce, you can just add salt
3. After 15 minutes, strain the chicken to get rid of excess fish sauce. Then, fry your chicken wings.
4. Make the hoisin sauce by adding the hoisin, garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper, and pinch of salt into bowl. Mixed and set aside.
5. Put the fried chicken wings into a mixing bowl. Add the hoisin sauce and mixed until the chicken wings have been coated with the sauce. Serve with your favorite dipping and enjoy.
