HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN WINGS



 

INGREDIENTS
6-8 - Chicken Wings ¼ Cup - Fish Sauce 5 Tbsp - Honey (KETO Substitute: Sugar-free maple syrup) 2 Tbsp - Sriracha 1 Tbsp - Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp - Lime Juice ½ tsp - Black Pepper Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean and dry excess water on chicken wings. 2. In a bowl, add chicken wings, black pepper, and fish sauce. If you don’t have fish sauce, you can just add salt to your liking. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. 3. Strain the chicken to remove excess fish sauce then fry your chicken wings until thoroughly cooked. 4. In a separate bowl, make the Honey Sriracha sauce by combining the sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and pinch of salt. (For Keto alternative, use sugar-free maple syrup instead of Honey.) Mixed and set aside. 5. Put the fried chicken wings into a mixing bowl. Add the Honey Sriracha sauce and mix until the chicken wings are thoroughly coated. Serve with your favorite dipping and enjoy!
